Karate classes are divided into skills levels and are meant to help each student reach their full potential. The benefits of training will extend far beyond that walls of the dojo for both children and adults.
Students will learn principles of leverage and positioning to defend themselves against a larger, stronger opponent. Our program offers a cooperative, safe, structured atmosphere where students can safely learn the art of self-defense.
A total body, low-impact workout for men and women. Kick and punch your way to good health using heavy bags, exercise bands, fitness dummies, and body weight exercises. No experience is necessary to come learn some fun skills and get a great workout!
Participants will learn safety awareness skills as well as physical defenses against grabs and holds in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. This is an excellent class for anyone interested in person safety and gaining confidence in your ability to keep yourself safe.
We offer customized field trips for your school, church, scout troop, or other group. Children may learn some basic Karate or self-defense skills, play games, participate in obstacle courses, and even ride on our zip line.
