Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

unlimited classes

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is widely recognized as one of the most effective forms of self-defense in the world.  Made famous by it's tremendous success in the UFC and No-Holds-Barred competitions, BJJ effectively uses positioning and leverage to neutralize the opponent.

Most fights will eventually end up on the ground and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu addresses that situation.  Practitioners learn a variety of chokes, joint locks, and manipulations to submit the opponent, regardless of size.

At TNT, we are proud of our affiliation with world renowned Prof. Carlos “Caique” Elias, one of the very few Black Belts in the United States trained by the legendary Gracie family at the Gracie Academy in Brazil.  Our affiliation with Prof. Caique and his organization allows us the opportunity to train with some of the best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners in the world, including a recent seminar with Royler Gracie.

As members of Team Caique, we are pleased to be able to offer students the highest quality instruction in the ancient art of Jiu-Jitsu.  We offer classes in a professional environment that is cooperative and instructional, not competitive or aggressive. At TNT Martial Arts, you will find that the other students in the class are here to support and encourage each other.  More experienced students are always happy to help new practitioners learn and improve.

In our youth program, children will learn principles of positioning and leverage to help them deal with bullies and other dangerous situations.  They will cultivate strong values while gaining confidence in their ability to defend themselves against larger and stronger opponents.

Students who wish to attend (1) day per week only, may participate in classes through Romeo Parks and Recreation.

This is a great option for new students who are not yet sure if martial arts training is the right choice for them. By enrolling in a Parks & Rec program, you can give the class a try and then decide when you are ready to make a more serious commitment in the future.

To register for a (1) day per week program, please call the Romeo Parks & Recreation Department:
